Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and the Conditioned Air Solutions team through excellent communications. This position will engage in contact with customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new installation appointments.

Essential Job Duties:
Receives inbound or make outbound calls to book appointments with our service and sales teams
Provides accurate appointment information to service or sales teams
Tracks calling efforts and accomplishments
Follows-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid driver’s license
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

YOU: I know how hard it is to sleep when it is hot! What is your t-stat reading?
CUSTOMER: 80 degrees...I noticed the unit was making a humming noise before it stopped working.
YOU: How old is the unit?
CUSTOMER: 10 years
YOU: IMPROVISE: Baby is crying in the background, say something here to show empathy or relation.
After improvising, transition back to the script below.
YOU: Did you turn your unit off?
CUSTOMER: Yes, at the breaker.
YOU: Great! When we come out the technician will take a look over your system and then sit down with you and go over his recommendations. Be sure to ask your technician about the benefits of our Service Partner Plan. The cost for him to do that is a $49 diagnostic fee.
CUSTOMER: That is fine. Can you come after lunch?
